Return & Refund Policy
Refund, return, and cancellation principles for consulting, marketing, development, retainers, and digital service engagements.
This Return & Refund Policy explains general principles for digital services, consulting, retainers, marketing campaigns, website development, design, automation, analytics, and related project work. Final commercial terms may vary by proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Digital Service Nature
Most Trident Webtech Solutions services involve strategy, consulting time, planning, creative work, development, campaign setup, research, audits, optimisation, or third-party platform work. These services are generally not returnable once work has started.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation by written communication. Any approved cancellation will be assessed based on work completed, committed resources, third-party costs, campaign spend, software subscriptions, and agreed project milestones.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only where payment was made in error, duplicate payment was received, or Trident Webtech Solutions is unable to start the agreed work. Fees for completed work, consultation time, research, designs, development, campaign setup, purchased assets, domains, hosting, advertising spend, or third-party charges are normally non-refundable.
Retainers and Monthly Services
Monthly retainers cover reserved team time, planning, monitoring, execution, and support. Retainer fees are normally non-refundable once the billing period has started unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Project Milestones
For milestone-based work, paid milestones are associated with work already planned or delivered. Future unpaid milestones may be cancelled according to the agreed scope and notice period.
Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, processing timelines depend on the payment method, bank, and payment gateway. Any gateway, bank, tax, or third-party deductions may apply.
